Stuffed Crepes: sift the flours in a bowl and add EVO oil and sugar. Pour in little by little the Hoplà Veg&Bio Oat Drink while stirring as to obtain a smooth batter without clumps. Let the batter rest for around 30 minutes.
Oil a pan and put it on the heat. Pour in a ladle of batter, paying attention to create a levelled layer of batter. Onche the stuffed crepe is ready, let it slip on a plate and go on with the others.
Prepare the fruit salad and garnish with a drop of lemon juice, mint and sugar.
Stuff the stuffed crepes with the fruit salad and decorate with the Hoplà Idee di Soia Spray Cream.
