Vegan custard with peaches


  • 400 ml Hoplà Veg&Bio Soy Drink
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g blended Peaches in Syrup
  • 45 g Mais Starch
  • 2 Lemons
  • Vegan Amaretti q.s.
  • slices of Peaches in Syrup
  • Mint

Product used


Start heating the Hoplà Veg&Bio Soy Drink and add sugar and peels of 2 lemons. Leave in infusion for 20 minutes then strain the Soy Drink. Take a ladle of Soy Drink and dilute the mais starch in it. Pour the ladle back into the saucepan and cook on a medium heat stirring continuously toto avoid custard to stick on the pan while it's thickening . Once ready, remove from the heat and add the major part of the peaches in syrup (already blended). Cover with cling film and cool down in the fridge.

Crumble the vegan amaretti on the bottom of the cups and pour a bit of vegan custards on it. Add few vegan amaretti again and some cubes of peaches in syrup and then cover with vegan custard. Garnish with peach slices, vegan amaretti crumble and mint.
